Expanding Burnstopper

Expanding Burnstopper consists of thin fireproof, high temperature resistant insulation fibers. The fibres are low persistent and bio-soluble. The base material is designed to function well at high temperatures . The insulating material expands under the influence of fire and heat, it ensures fire protection this way.

The expansion can be adjusted, the activation temperature is above 190 ° C.

The material can be used in fire-resistant structures for construction but also for all other sectors where fire and heat protection come to mind.
