Pilzecker’s Industrie Ltd core activity is the production of self-adhesive materials. The product range comprises so-called technical insulating and sealing products made principally from self-adhesive synthetic foams such as pvc, pe and pu as well as neoprene and epdm rubber. New are our ceramic insulation materials suitable for fireproof construction.

Pilzecker supplies this type of material in wide-plated traversing winded roll beams and one-piece cutting form. These materials are marketed internationally in the building trade, industry, the automotive sector, appliances and technical niches. For many years Pilzecker has been the market leader in the Benelux in the area of self-adhesive tapes applied in the industrial and building sectors.

For the 'back to school market', libraries and schools, Pilzecker has a sophisticated programme of consumer rolls and professional protection foils which are supplied as self-adhesive.

Being a custom coater Pilzecker works in a project-based manner in the self-adhesive coating process of materials. Possible sub-strata that qualify for this are paper, foil, textiles, and non-woven materials. There has been great success here in the sign market and the technical non-woven market using quality research and a quality product. There is sufficient expertise, capacity and logistical ability and zest for work for Pilzecker to be a reliable partner.

Besides the attention-grabbing biodegradable foil Pilzecker also has a new in-house production line available for the technical markets which makes it possible to glue double-sided adhesive foam, paper and foil strengthened acrylic or rubber based hot-melt tapes and to assemble it on industrial rolls on 6” cores.
